This includes a detailed inspection report to identify any points of water ingress into the conservatory, complete degrease including, finial, cresting, ridge, flashings, roof glazing including all rafters, end caps and gutters. All external sealants inspected and replaced if required. A full deep clean of the roofing system is then carried out to bring your old roof back to life.
